Italeri's 1/35 scale LAV-25 Air Defence is available online from Squadron.com

With the new Trumpeter LAV kit just being released, this is a perfect time for Italeri to re-release this simple yet very nice kit of the Air Defence variant of the LAV-25.

Inside the box are 196 Tan colored, plastic parts that are all nicely molded with some good detail.

This is a simple kit, but that doesn't mean its not good. The lower drive line is well detailed as is the Air Defence system, including separate barrels for the Gatling gun.

There are two different paint schemes to choose from and very few decals to place on. Whether you are building this straight out of the box or detailing it right up, either way you will end up with a nice looking LAV.

Hopefully the other variants will be not to far behind!
