The wiper masks are a nifty idea to add weathering the the windscreens
of a variety of car, truck and half-track subjects. The trick will be to
add a dusty coat to the area surrounding the clean "wiper" section in very
thinly applied layers.
The sets for the LVTs may be used either as masks (ie, the digits and
shapes covering pre-painted white sections, followed by an application of
the camouflage colour); or as stencils (the outline of the digit or shape
is laid over the camouflage colour and sprayed the appropriate marking
colour). The LTV 2 set includes markings for four vehicles plus ten bonus
US Star markings (which are not actually required for these LVT 2s - they
did not carry stars). The LVT 4 set covers two vehicles, including
invasion stripes. Both sets have ample additional markings for
water-carrying jerry cans.
Recommended.
