The quality of sculpting is excellent - well up to the standard of the earlier five releases. The faces are individually expressive, the fabric of the uniforms drape realistically, the proportions of the figures are nice and the poses are quite natural. As usual, the moulding is first rate. Seam lines are kept to a minimum, and there are no imperfections (sink marks, ejector pins etc) anywhere on the figures.

This set comprises four full figures. These are all very individual characters, including a portly Wehrmacht General with his Adjutant, an infantry officer, and a Panzer officer. They will combine easily for a Field briefing, or will also be appropriate singly or in smaller groups

Engineering of the parts has been well thought out. The figure in the greatcoat has each leg and its individual section of coat moulded as separate parts, meaning that the coat is realistically open underneath.

Painting and construction notes are assisted by colour photographs on the back of the packaging. These are photos of the actual figures. They are beautifully finished.

The box art is both attractive and practical. The flaps at the ends of the boxes include colour maps and various data plates in 1/35 scale.

Colour callouts are provided for Tamiya, Mr Colour and Humbrol paints.
