Tristar's German Panzer Grenadiers Set Vol. 1
continues to push the standard of detail possible on injection-moulded
1/35 scale.
76 pieces in grey styrene are attached to three
sprues. One sprue contains all four figures and their individual
equipment. The other two (smaller) sprues are generic; with weapons,
helmets and equipment.
The parts are beautifully presented in grey styrene.
There were no noticeable moulding flaws, and the inevitable seams lines
are minimal.
Facial detail and fabric drape is up to the same high
standard as Tristar's two earlier releases. The greatcoat on one of the
figures is generously undercut inside the two halves of the figure.
Images of the assembled and painted figures on the
box are a good representation of how the figures really look. Check out
the detail on this seated Grenadier.

The weapons display a remarkable level of detail for
injection-moulded 1/35 scale plastic:

Tristar's 1/35 scale Panzer Grenadiers
Vol. 1 are state-of-the-art figures that will look great on their own or
as a part of a vignette with an armoured vehicle.
Highly Recommended.
The images below are of the painted figures that
appear on the rear of the box.
