      Assembled, Painted
      & Reviewed
by Andrew Judson     I have always enjoyed working on vignettes, and this one
is a beauty! Opening the box, you are presented with nine fantastic
resin parts that are all very well detailed. There is a base with two
figures representing an SS machine gun team hunkered down low, laying down
a stream of fire from their MG42.
I started by painting the base. A mixture of acrylic and
enamel paints were used to obtain the result you see in the photos. It is
worth noting that this versatile base could easily be used for other
figures too. The figures are both great. They are well detailed, nicely
posed and were fun to paint. Cleanup was minimal, although the casting blocks were a
tad on the heavy side. Nothing to really worry about though.
In summary, I really enjoyed this set and I am very happy
with the finished result. I look forward to seeing more vignettes from
Warriors. Highly Recommended. Thanks to VLS for the review sample Click
